Thank you for welcoming ORVE into your personal collection. To ensure your journey with our house remains as refined and seamless as our fragrances, we have designed a thoughtful care and exchange policy. We invite you to review our guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Exchanges

Because our artisan Extrait de Parfum creations are built with uncompromising intention,
maintaining their pristine nature is our highest priority. To be eligible for an exchange, we kindly ask that you observe the following:
Timeframe: Please reach out to our concierge team within 48 hours of receiving your order to request an exchange. Regrettably, requests made after this period cannot be accommodated. 

Condition: The item must remain entirely unused, undamaged, and resting in its original premium packaging with all original seals, tags, and labels perfectly intact.

Mindful Selections: Because a fragrance is an intimate signature that evolves and unfolds uniquely on the skin over time, we encourage deliberate consideration before purchasing. Consequently, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to a change of mind or personal scent preference.

2. The Concierge Process

Should you need to initiate an exchange, our team is here to guide you gracefully through the process:
Connect With Us: You may contact us through our official Instagram or Facebook care channels between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Alternatively, you can email us at Support@orve-official.com. 

Review & Verification: If your creation arrived with a rare defect, please include clear imagery in your email. We promise to respond to your query within 24 hours.

Resolution: Once your exchange request is beautifully registered and approved, we dedicate ourselves to resolving it within a maximum of 3 working days, making every effort to expedite the journey.

Our Refund Philosophy: In keeping with the principles of a boutique fragrance house, we do not offer traditional cash refunds. Instead, we are delighted to provide you with an elegant online store voucher or credit note for future structural compositions.

3. Shipping & Availability

Transit Responsibilities: Guests are responsible for the safe courier shipping costs associated with sending the original item back to our house and receiving the newly selected piece. Naturally, if the exchange is due to a rare oversight on our part (such as an incorrect item or transit damage),
ORVE will fully absorb these costs.

Batch Availability: Guided by a philosophy of unhurried craftsmanship, our liquid narratives are coaxed into existence patiently. Because of this, certain profiles may occasionally be unavailable. If your desired exchange item is out of stock, you are welcome to select an alternative creation from our active universe or receive an online house coupon equivalent to your original purchase value.

4. Special Conditions & Pricing Fair Play

Archive & Promotional Sales: To maintain fair and equitable pricing for all connoisseurs, items acquired from curated clearance, archive, or promotional sale categories are considered final and are not eligible for exchange.

Prior Purchases: Orders placed immediately before the commencement of a promotional digital campaign cannot be adjusted to reflect sale pricing. This honors the commitment of guests who purchase outside of specific promotional windows.

Roof of Purchase: A valid digital order confirmation or official receipt from ORVE is required to honor any exchange request.

5. Order Cancellations

At ORVE, we reserve the right to gracefully cancel an order prior to shipment under select
circumstances, such as an item unexpectedly falling short of our rigorous quality standards, stock discrepancies, or payment authorization interruptions from your financial institution. 

Your Freedom to Adjust: You are entirely welcome to cancel your order at any moment before it enters our dedicated fulfillment process. Once your package has been lovingly prepared, shipped, and assigned a tracking narrative, our standard Exchange Policy will gracefully apply in lieu of a cancellation. Should a pre-shipment cancellation occur, we will seamlessly issue a credit note or private digital discount code for your future use
