Refund & Exchange Policy
At Orve, we take pride in the quality of every fragrance we craft. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.
Exchanges
If you received a damaged or defective product, we will gladly exchange it. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with photos of the damage.
Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used fragrances
- Items purchased on sale or during promotional events
- Gift cards
Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued within 5–7 business days as an Orve store voucher to use on future orders.
